At St Michael’s, we are seeking to appoint a SENCo in April for 2 days a week, but may be willing to wait until September 2021 for the right candidate.

Develop teachers' skill in inclusive practice
Leads a team of TAs and LSAs to drive progress
Contributes to whole school developments.
Commits to their own professional development
Has a positive attitude to their life, their work and their colleagues as well as the children and families they work with.
Is self-motivated, but collaborative, sharing and open, who look for solutions rather than problems
